Job descriptions:

- Managing and supporting a wide range of IT Project & Services including infrastructure support, helpdesk, technical support and networking.
- Determine and adapt business requirements for IT solutions that support the business needs of organizations across the IT infrastructure.
- To install and configure hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.
- Provides advertising, promotions and public relations support to various departments in the hotel.
- Assists with all promotions, special events, direct marketing programs, special events and campaigns.
- Help drive company followers through social media.
- Design and implement marketing.
- Updating and monitoring hotel's social media platforms regularly.
- Have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- Building rapport with members of the media and coordinate with media representatives and sponsors.
- Perform any task that be assigned from higher management.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT: 2 years (preferred)
