Admin Assistant Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
v Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
v Carries out administrative duties such as filing, records and submit monthly reports for Employees annual leaves, medical benefits usage, training records, sundry & stationery usage
v Answers phone calls, schedules meetings/interview and supports visitors
v Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights and hotel or restaurant reservations.
v Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
v Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
v Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
**Requirements**:
v SPM/Diploma in Administration or any related field;
v At least 2 years working experience in related field
v Knowledge in MS Office is a must
v Knowledge in quality/food safety certification such as ISO is added advantage
v Experience in SAP system is added advantage
v Familiar with Employment Act Requirements
v Willing to work overtime
v Meticulous, Fast learner and a Good Team Player
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
