- To make high-level decisions about policy and strategy, including the executor and timeline of a business plan.
- To report to the Board of Directors and keep them informed about the company's development
- To act as the primary spokesperson for the company, and representing the company to gavel the final decision.
- Develop and prepare a business plan for Trading, Logistics and Distribution to increase market share and deliver the growth strategy of the business taking cognizance of opportunities and market conditions.
- Grow and maintain current Trading, Logistics and Distribution business, identifying market opportunities and Hi Potential clients / prospects and create and implement sales strategies to develop new business and achieve sales targets and results.
- Provide and enhance business intelligence through the establish and development of a network with potential and existing customers or key accounts.
- Lead trading, logistics and distribution sales through coaching, developing and supporting sales in respect of technical insight in order to achieve targets and objectives aligned with overall trading, logistics and distribution sales plan and strategy.
- Ensure that all activities in the area of responsibility are compliant with current legal and company specific regulations.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
