**Job Summary**

As an Airline Customer Service Representative fluent in Korean, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and creating a positive and lasting impression on our Korean-speaking passengers. Your unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in ensuring that every interaction fosters loyalty and enhances their overall travel experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide prompt, accurate, and personalized assistance to Korean-speaking passengers
- Manage reservations, flight changes, and other travel-related requests
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on finding solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to strict security and compliance protocols, ensuring the safety and privacy of passenger data
- Embrace a team-oriented approach, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues to deliver exceptional service

**Qualifications**
- Fluency in Korean (written and spoken) is an absolute requirement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to connect and build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry, is highly desirable
- A warm, approachable, and customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
