**Work Location & Arrangement**:
- This role requires you to work fully on-site at Menara Southpoint.
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- You will play a key role in expanding the seller's base by reaching out to and encouraging new sellers to join our platform's various programs and initiatives.
- You will be responsible for identifying potential sellers, introducing them to platform’s initiatives and successfully onboarding them.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively reach out to prospective sellers to introduce platform's programs and persuade them to participate.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of joining and enrolling in our seller programs.
- Ensure all required documentation and onboarding steps are completed for new sellers.
- Meet and exceed set KPIs and targets to drive personal and team success.
- Collaborate with the team to continually improve the onboarding experience for new sellers.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value of platform's initiatives to potential sellers.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset to achieve set KPIs and targets.
- Prior experience of at least 1 year in telemarketing or sales-related roles is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with Mandarin proficiency are encouraged to apply.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- **Base Salary**: RM 2,800 per month (inclusive of statutory contributions).
- **KPI Incentive**: Additional RM 300, based on achievement of performance targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
