**Job Summary**:
The **Executive, Procurement & Logistics** is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, overseeing logistics operations, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services. The role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to meet business needs effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best pricing, quality, and terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and related documents.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve any vendor-related issues.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely replenishments.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Manage transportation and logistics to optimize routes and reduce shipping costs.
- Ensure compliance with customs, import/export regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with teams to track inventory, manage stock levels, and prevent shortages.
- Handle documentation related to shipping, freight, and logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement and logistics activities.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing trends, costs, delivery performance, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and industry standards.
- Conduct periodic audits to improve procurement and logistics efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree** in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum **1-2 years** of relevant experience in procurement and logistics.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- **Preferably male** due to operational fieldwork requirements.
- Possess a valid **driving license** and willing to travel if required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and freight forwarding.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in F&B, or trading industries is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
