**Job description**:

- Contacting / received calls from customers and explaining the benefits and advantages of car / motorcycle insurance renewal services within the company
- Using scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and presenting its benefits to customers
- Negotiate with customers to purchase by explaining how insurance services at the company to meet customer needs
- Recording customer personal information accurately in the computer system
- Keeping call and sales records as well as user information records for future reference
- Obtaining information on potential new customers from time to time for the purpose of increasing the achievement of monthly targets

**Job Requirements**
- 1 year or less of experience in telemarketing / call centre / debt collector / customer service.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Applicants who have experiences as inbound / outbound call center industries are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to learn a new knowledge, skills and experience.
- Basic salary + allowances + commission.
- Work, life, balance. (5 days working: Saturday & Sunday off)
- Training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
