**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in aeronautical engineering, aviation management, or any related field.
- Familiarity with maintenance planning procedures, regulatory requirements, and aviation safety standards.
- Good communication Skills - verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Competent in Microsoft - words, excel
- Able to work in multitask
- Basic knowledge of air legislation

**Responsibility & Duties**:

- Monitor, control and coordinate the activities of Maintenance Planning pertaining to fleet campaign and maintenance activity for aircraft and major component that are scheduled and called out.
- Review Duellist (LDND, A check and C check status) and scheduled tasks accordingly.
- Monitor aircraft maintenance task, engine and major components with low remaining life.
- Update all data/event archived in Maintenance Planning Department database.
- Prepare & issue Weekly Maintenance Forecast (WMF) and Monthly Maintenance Forecast (MMF) for aircraft and major components according to Malindo Air Maintenance Program.
- Prepare task cards and references for all task called-outs and handover to related department.
- Implement and maintain an efficient Planning system that meets Malindo Air and CAAM requirement.
- Prepare aircraft’s base maintenance check work scope & participate in CAMO meeting internally.
- Prepare task cards and references
- Participate in AMO work scope meeting prior aircraft inducted for base maintenance.
- Participate in check package review for aircraft undergoing base maintenance prior check completion.
- Ensure completed task card and check packages are updated accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with Project team for 3rd Party/Sub-Contractor arrangement whenever is required to perform scheduled tasks
- Maintain housekeeping practice in Maintenance Planning
- To assist the superior as and when required

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
