Job Summary
To execute the strategies and provide sales support to internal district agency in delivering Agency's targets.
**Job Description**:
- Leading the Agency team, with the guidance from the District Manager in meeting the overall direct & indirect Unit's targets and KPIs.
- Obtain monthly sales data, recruitment of new agents data, submission of cases data from Performance Unit.
- Validate data & prepare Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Prepare communication to all Unit Head & agency force.
- Obtain monthly statistics & prepare report and analysis for management.
- To provide updates to agency force on the Company's latest development and compliance matter.
- To execute agency transformation activities in achieving high productivity agency force.
- To provide timely support to internal District agency.
- To motivate/coach/provide timely support to agency force to achieve production targets
- To conduct relevant training to agency force
- To plan and organize activities that drive productivity.
**Requirements**:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree either in Business Studies or in Marketing or its equivalent.
Must be able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
Being proficient in the Mandarin language would be essential as it would require frequent interactions with Mandarin speaking.
Must have at least 5 years of working experience preferably from an insurance or takaful work environment. Having work experience in an Agency development role would be an added advantage
Must have strong interpersonal, communication & problem solving skills.
Being a self starter, result oriented & resourceful would enable further success in this role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
