**Responsibilities**
**Accounting**:
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**:
- Process invoices, track expenses, and handle vendor payments.
- Generate and send out customer invoices.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- **Bookkeeping**:
- Record financial transactions in accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- **Financial Reporting**:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
- **Payroll**:
- Process payroll, calculate taxes and deductions, and issue paychecks.
- **Other**:
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
- Support the accounting team with other tasks as needed.
**Administrative**:
- **Office Management**:
- Greet visitors and clients.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations and documents.
- File and organize paperwork.
- **Other**:
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience may be considered.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus.
- Experience with administrative tasks is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Pay: RM1,920.27 - RM4,394.82 per month
