Assistant Facility Management Inspector

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and monitor the day-to-day activities of the facility management team, ensuring that building maintenance and operations are carried out efficiently and in alignment with established procedures.
- Regularly review the performance of team members to ensure alignment with company standards, procedures, and safety regulations. Identify gaps and implement corrective actions or improvement plans as necessary to enhance team productivity and service quality.
- Ensure that all facility management activities are conducted in line with set KPIs, contractual obligations, and regulatory compliance (including local authority and safety standards). Provide reports and analysis to management when required.
- Assist in the development of short and long-term facility strategies, including workforce planning, budgeting, asset management, and improvement initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as engineering, procurement, safety, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery, effective problem resolution, and continuous operational support.
- Prepare and verify technical reports, maintenance logs, inspection findings, and other related documentation. Ensure records are up to date and available for audits or management review.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in civil engineering or equivalent academic experience.
- At least 3 years of experience related with operation and maintenance of building.
- Experience in managing and maintaining building facilities as verifier is considered an added advantage.
- Competent with Microsoft software; Words, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have excellent communication skills.
