**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Our creative mission is to delight our clients’ audiences, inspire action and driving sales by helping

our clients, brands and businesses create alongside extraordinary human beings. The role and

**innovating marketing concepts to tell our client’s stories in meaningful ways**. Reporting to the

Director, the junior creative strategist will be an integral part to the team. You will work
**collaboratively to guide clients on how to strategically leverage creative executions, social media**
**content** and **technology to reach target audiences in a creative and cost-effective way**.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Work with Sales teams to develop detailed & meaningful creative strategies
- Distill client briefs, conduct research, and analysis to develop key creative concepts and plans to

address client’s needs
- Continue to develop and maintain a strong understanding of main social media platforms and the

latest social/influencer trends
- Create high impact presentations and reports that clearly articulate the key aspects of the

campaigns
- Ability to communicate clearly and defend the rationale behind the recommended strategy and

creative concepts
- Contribute insights that provide strategic creative context and elevate the team’s creative work
- Ability to manage high volumes of work & present concepts and ideas to clients well
- Analyzing briefs, the problems brands are trying to solve, and how to deliver an effective

response

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Diploma or Degree holders
- GPA 3.2 and above
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are a creative and strategic thinker able to

connect our client’s goals through a logical approach.
- Dynamic and resourceful to find solutions on your own
- High Proficiency in English
- Have great time management skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
