**Job description**- You have the knowledge, confidence, and desire to make positive customer experience.
- You know your levels of authorization to solve customers/visitors problems when they occur and recognize when you need to escalate an issue to someone with higher authorization.
- You pass on the relevant information to deal effectively and efficiently with the customers/visitors.
- You offer solutions to frequently asked questions. This helps to make a better future shopping experience for everyone.
- You ensure our store is a safe and secure environment at all times for visitors and colleagues
- Understanding the IKEA Concept, global solutions, tools and working methods and ensuring using the appropriate manuals from Inter IKEA Systems to help optimize our customers’ shopping experience.
**Qualification**- You are a self-motivated team player with a desire to take on responsibility and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic and physically fit.
- You are able to support on weekends/public holidays.
- You are able to work on shifts.
- Customer service experience will be added advantage.
