**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end project management for construction, architectural drawing, and fit-out projects from concept design to final handover.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate Measured Drawings, technical documentation, and government tender submissions (including technical & financial proposals).
- Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules (CPM), deliverables, budgets, and procurement timelines.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, JKR, and local authorities to ensure compliance and timely completion.
- Ensure strict adherence to tender specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and permit requirements.
- Manage on-site execution, conduct inspections, and resolve technical & logístical challenges.
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders - including clients, government representatives, vendors, and internal teams.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee project reporting and ensure timely submission of progress updates and deliverables.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management,or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction, project management, and consultant coordination, preferably /government/public sector projects.
- Solid understanding of public procurement/tender processes, including ePerolehan and authority submissions (BOMBA, PBT, etc.).
- Proficient in CPM, MS Project, AutoCAD (BIM/Revit is a strong advantage).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and travel/outstation as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
