**1. IMPORT**
- Prepares customs documentation for clearance of all inbound shipments.
- To develop a plan and important of counterfeit parts efficiently.
- Verify every commercial invoice to determine the appropriate customs duties involved and to ensure that all supporting documents are available for presentation to customs.
- Retrieved inbound consignment for customs inspection and there upon make payment of customs duties.
- Maintain files for entries submitted in accordance to regulatory and company’s regulations.
- Effectively clears all inbound consignment within 24 hours or within specific time assigned by manager.

**2. EXPORT**
- To prepare airwaybills, house airwaybills and custom documents ensuring accuracy at all times.
- To review every export shipment to determine if any special permits are require such as GSP etc and make necessary filing.
- To develop a plan and important of counterfeit parts efficiently.
- Prepares all labels and ensure that every cartons are audited on the marking and piece count to ensure the correct cartons are submitted.
- Clears customs and submit shipment to Airlines along with company acceptance receipt signed by the airlines confirming receipt.
- Take special precaution when handling high value consignment with the supervision of the Operations Manager.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
