**FinTech Operations Executive**
Location: Damansara Intan, Petaling Jaya

Our client is a dynamic FinTech start-up (established in 2021) transforming the peer-to-peer (P2P) financing space by creating new ways for businesses and investors to connect. As the company expands, they’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations Executive** to support the day-to-day running of their platform and help deliver a seamless user experience.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Operational Support**
- Manage daily operational tasks, including transaction processing, user onboarding, and account maintenance.
- Monitor workflows to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Respond to user and partner inquiries on operational matters, coordinating with Customer Support where needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to keep the platform running smoothly.

**Process Optimization**
- Execute and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive operational excellence.
- Identify areas for workflow improvement and suggest process enhancements.
- Support the implementation of process changes and measure their impact.
- Assist with compliance processes and procedures in line with the Securities Commission and other regulatory bodies.

**Collaboration & Coordination**
- Work closely with teams across Customer Support, Finance, and Compliance to coordinate activities.
- Liaise with external partners (e.g., payment gateways, service providers) to ensure seamless operations.
- Keep internal teams updated on operational issues, challenges, and dependencies.

**Data Management & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and operational activities.
- Perform data validation and generate performance reports.
- Assist in analyzing operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

**Quality Assurance & Compliance**
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and support the Compliance team in implementing updates.
- Help assess operational risks and propose mitigation plans.

**Training & Support**
- Provide training and guidance to users on platform processes and functions.
- Gather and share user feedback to improve the operational experience.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of qualifications.
- 1-2 years’ experience in operations, fintech, financial services, or a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with operational tools and financial platforms.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Securities Commission requirements or P2P lending platforms is an advantage.
- Commitment to data privacy and security best practices.

**What’s Offered**
- Basic Salary: RM3,000 - RM4,500 (depending on experience and similar industry)
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributions
- Discretionary Bonus
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
