Set up and operate lamination machines (e.g., extrusion, thermal, solvent-based, dry lamination).
- Monitor machine functions and adjust parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, tension) to maintain quality standards.
- Feed raw materials (films, adhesives, rolls) into machines and monitor supply levels.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure lamination meets thickness, adhesion, and appearance specifications.
- Identify and report any product defects or machine malfunctions.
- Record production data accurately, including machine readings and output logs.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance, such as cleaning rollers and replacing worn parts.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Assist maintenance personnel during machine breakdowns.
- Communicate with other operators, quality control, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in productivity, safety, and quality.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
