Responsible for full HR spectrum including recruitment, payroll, compensation, benefits, data management, training, performance management, employee and industrial relations.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
- Ensure staffing needs are met in line with organizational goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee issues, grievances, and conflicts.
- Promote a positive work environment and organizational culture.
- Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and employment laws.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and KPIs.
- Implement initiatives to improve employee performance and engagement.
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Develop and oversee employee development programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and support career growth.
- Manage payroll, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Review and recommend improvements to compensation structures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS in Malaysia).
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Partner with management to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Provide HR metrics, reports, and recommendations for decision-making.
- Drive initiatives for organizational development and workforce planning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a **managerial role**.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
