i. Membancuh tepung mengikut keperluan. ii. Menyemak kualiti dan kuantiti bahan mentah yang diterima dari pembekal adalah sama dengan invois. iii. Menyemak kualiti dan kuantiti produk yang telah siap. iv. Mengira stok bahan mentah dan bahan kimia. v. Mengeluarkan blok keju, kentang sejukbeku dan sosej dari freezer untuk dinyahbekukan. vi. Memotong blok keju dan kentang sejukbeku. vii. Menyediakan prep (cucuk sosej dan cheese). viii. Menyusun semua bahan mentah yang diterima dari pembekal ke rak di stor. ix. Mengelap habuk pada semua permukaan meja kerja, freezer, bekas x. Mencuci semua peralatan dan perkakas kerja selepas digunakan. xi. Mengelap dan membersihkan peralatan, perkakas, meja masak, meja air, meja fryer, pintu chiller, pintu freezer, dalam freezer, dalam chiller dan semua permukaan yang kotor atau berhabuk. xii. Membuang ais dalam freezer jika ais telah tebal. xiii. Menyapu sampah di bahagian luar dan dalam kawasan produksi. xiv. Mengemop lantai di bahagian luar dan dalam kawasan produksi. xv. Menutup semua suis ditutup sebelum tamat kerja. xvi. Membuang sampah 2 kali sehari. xvii. Membersihkan sawang. xviii. Membersihkan pintu roller shutter. xix. Mencuci dan menjemur kain buruk. xx. Membersihkan sinki dan grease trap selepas tamat operasi restoran. xxi. Menyelesaikan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh pegawai atasan dari masa ke semasa. xxii. Skop tugasan adalah mengikut penstrukturan syarikat yang akan diberi makluman dari masa ke semasa.
Kami merupakan sebuah syarikat pengeluar corndog sejukbeku, menyediakan perkhidmatan restoran dan membuka peluang kepada orang ramai untuk membuka kiosk jenama Mozacrunch.
