Assistant Manager

Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field. - Excellent verbal communication and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively. - Assisting the general manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy. - Strong leadership, responsible, goal oriented and organized. - Drafts, submits and presents various performance and management reports. - Preparing and conducting employee performance reviews. - Manages inventory, approving or facilitating purchases as needed; negotiates related pricing contracts and verifies costs and receipts. - Manages conflicts and resolves complaints about or within the department. - Fill in for General Manager (GM) in times of absence. - Ensuring company policies are followed. - Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently. - Helping with monitoring and tracking operating costs, budgets and resources.
(1) To carry on the business of general contractors, welders, engineering contractors, telecommunication contractors, slope stabilization works, waterworks, consultants, advisers, designers, civil, quality, quantity, electrical and mechanical contractors, builders, masonry, surveyors, planners, land & property developers, earth, piping, maintenance, repair, servicing, management, construction, renovation, aluminum, glazing, drain & road works, installation, landscaping, extraction of sand/gravel, quarry & waste management, and related business. (2) To carry on business as a general supplier, merchant, wholesale, retail, importer, exporter, commission & service agents, buy, sell, manufacture, and managing. Advances upon, or otherwise deal in aluminum, glazing, facade. Curtain wall, construction & building material, hardware, household product, medical, sports, office, electrical and electronic equipment, furniture, clothing, gifts, stationery, utensils, chemicals, vehicle, manpower and material of all kinds.
