We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate cost management, timely preparation of claims, and effective coordination between site and office.

Working Location: Kulai, Johor

Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday), 9am - 1pm (Alternate Saturday)

- Cost Overviewing
- Preparation of progress claim.
- Cert verification.
- Drawing verifiying and studying.
- Preparation of tender.
- Preparation of Final Account
- Preparation of quotation for VO works
- Preparation of payment for subcon.
- Site Visit for valuation.
- Preparation of subcon letter award.
- Preparation of subcon claim.
- Site measurement for the provisional contract job.
- Certify monthly subcon progress claim to all subcon.
- Preparation of progress claim.
- Doing monthly progress claim to client
- Variation order, Final Account Stand-by for further action.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position(s). Fresh graduated are welcome for applying.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Computer Skill such MS Office.
- Able to work independently with strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
