**3D UX/UI GRAPHIC DESIGNER - Job Description**

**Paragon Global was established 18 years ago and is composed of a number of private organizations and NGOs. Through its main four business units, the Company aims to provide cutting-edge solutions to all its clients. Training is at the center of all activities whether related to Internships, Project Management, Recruitment, and the English Language School. The Company has throughout the years assisted more than 45,000 students in their work placement needs and English language practice, participated in hundreds of European projects, and collaborated with hundreds of European institutions and collaborators.**

**Brief**
- **Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements**:

- **Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software**:

- **Testing graphics across various media**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Study design briefs and determine requirements**:

- **Schedule projects and define budget constraints**:

- **Conceptualize visuals based on requirements**:

- **Prepare rough drafts and present ideas**:

- **Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand**:

- **Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic**:

- **Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design**:

- **Test graphics across various media**:

- **Amend designs after feedback**:

- **Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand**:

- **Gathering and evaluating user requirements**:

- **Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps**:

- **Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets**:

- **Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like**

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Has a web development experience
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe. cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Proficiency in the English Language (minimum C2 level)
- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

**Salary**: $5 but it is also a task-based job.

**Salary**: RM21.00 - RM25.20 per hour
