So what's the new direct **Sales Manager** going to do?

Ultimately, you're going to become a Synkd champion of all marketing activities to drive users into the platform and oversee our new community (community.synkd.life).

We want you to help SMBs realise we're here to help them digitally transform and provide all content, including video, to support them on this journey to transform.

The role requires someone with an excellent grasp of English and has lived and studied in the UK, who can manage all aspects of digital marketing especially PR & social media channels to engage small and medium sized businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Become a champion of Synkd and promote its benefits globally
- Develop and implement a direct sales plan
- work with affiliates to direct leads
- Implement a keyword strategy

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- At least 3 years direct sales
- used to working in different time zones
- A good knowledge of the digital media industry
- Outstanding English and a clear communicator. Mandarin is a bonus.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
