**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing branch’s overall administrative procedures and processes.
- Preparing and processing payment to supplier / vendor / contractor on monthly basis.
- Liaise with supplier/vendor/contractor on the purchase of office equipment / stationery and raise memo / requisition form for office requisition and etc.
- Liaise with contractor for office repair and maintenance.
- Staff Claims - print a summary claim list and submit it to Group Accounts.
- Provide good quality customer service and administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in an administrative position.
- Experience in handling and managing office maintenance, safety, and security.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Malay language.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ale to multi-task and work under minimum supervision.
- Good in problem solving for administrative related issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
