**Job Descriptions**

Full-time and Part-time positions are available

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver excellent customer service (including greeting and serving customers)
- Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
- Have a clear understanding of the products and be able to provide information on promoted products
- Identify interests and understand customer needs and requirements
- Assist customers in recommending desired products
- Maintain the outlet's image by performing housekeeping duties
- Perform regular inventory checks and daily sales report
- Ensure pricing of stocks is accurate

**Requirements**:

- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail working hours
- Have excellent communication in Malay
- Ability to speak in English will be an advantage
- Customer service experience will be an advantage
- Outgoing personality and passionate about meeting people
- Good product handling skill
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
