1) To perform daily activity compliance with QMS. 2) Ensure proficient know-how and use of process documents e.g. flow charts / Procedures / Work Instruction before the tasks are performed. 3) Ensure that inspection reports meet requirements stated on customers' drawing, specification and other relevant documents. 4) Ensure that equipment is checked before use for calibration and only valid equipment is used. 5) Ensure that measuring and that equipment is stored adequately and maintained in good working condition. 6) Verify of incoming material certificate before release to Store warehouse. 7) Ensure cleanliness and safety at the workplace. 8) Conduct PPAP inspections in accordance with inspection plans, drawings and specifications. 9) Conduct resistance checks of parts (Auto/Manual). 10) Conduct identification checks of colour codes for FIFO system. 11) Conduct inspection check of bending line (damage line). 12) Conduct resistance measurement control before and after plating. 13) Perform visual inspection & appearance. 14) Enter data on the Xbar R Charts for production processes. 15) To maintain proper filling for all respective document. 16) Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or required.
