**Position: HR Associate/Executive**

**Location**:Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**Reporting to**: Group HR & Compliance Manager

**Salary Range**:RM 2,000 to RM 3,500 per month, based on qualifications and experience.

**Availability: Immediate or within 1 month preferred**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated HR Associate/Executive to support full-spectrum HR functions, including payroll, compliance and foreign worker management. This role involves handling both local HR operations, Expatriate management and the end-to-end process for foreign worker administration through FWCMS.

**Key Role & Responsibilities**
- Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, induction, employee movement, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR documentation, and assist with HR policy implementation, internal controls, reporting and audits.
- Participate in employee engagement, training, and performance review processes.
- Process payroll (salary computation, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF) and manage attendance, leave, OT and claims.
- Prepare and submit documentation for **eVDR, PLKS, work permits**, and other immigration matters for foreign workers and expatriates.
- Liaise with **MOHR, MOHA, JTKSM, Immigration and external partners** to ensure compliance with **the Employment Act 1955**and other statutory regulations.

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent computer knowledge; Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia in both written and spoken.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
- 2-4 years HR experience, ideally in foreign worker or outsourcing sectors.
- Familiar with Employment Act 1955, FWCMS, relevant labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience using SQL Payroll or HR2000 is an added advantage.
