**Responsibilities**:

- Checking shipping export & import all document supporting (form D, K1&2 form, invoice ,packing list, Certificate Of Origin, etc.)
- Checking purchase invoice and key in system
- Performing reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Prepare capital commitment file
- Prepare Accrual & Prepayment Listing
- Prepare Supplier reconcilation file
- Filling for the invoice
- Record on the monthly utilities bills
- Any ad hoc job assigned

**Requirements**:

- With working experience is advantage.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Computer literate (Microsoft excel).
- Team player, responsible, willing to learn, good attitude and passionate on work.
- Able to communicate in basic English & Malay.

**Job Type**: Internship
