We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused **Account Executive** to support our property management operations. You will be responsible for handling financial accounts, liaising with property owners and tenants, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of assigned properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage billing, invoicing, collection of payments (e.g., rental, maintenance fees, sinking fund).
- Prepare monthly financial reports for property owners and management.
- Handle account reconciliation, payment follow-ups, and arrears management.
- Liaise with tenants, vendors, and service providers regarding property-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, receipts, and tenancy agreements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting for building operations.
- Work closely with the Property Manager to resolve operational and financial issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in property management is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of property management/accounting software is a plus (CSS, IFCA, QnE, Autocount).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple properties/accounts

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
