- **Monday to Saturday: 9am to 5.30pm**:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Customer Service Executive to handle customer communication and support across our online platforms. The role includes managing inquiries, resolving return and refund requests, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer messages and inquiries via online platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Handle return and refund requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all messages are replied to daily, including night-time response
- Be available on **Sundays** to reply to customer messages
- Coordinate with internal teams on product or order issues

**Requirements**:

- Good written communication skills in [English / Malay / other applicable languages]
- Responsible and responsive with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in e-commerce customer service is a plus
