Job Overview
We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales and prepare social media content. To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.
**Responsibilities**:
1.Build up a business by identifying new business prospects.
2.Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
3.Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
4.Taking feedbacks from the clients.
5.Answering client’s questions in a professional manner.
6.Plan & prepare social media content.
7.Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
8.Assist & execute in all marketing campaigns.
9.Participating in events and trainings organized by the company.
10.Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related field.
2.A result-driven and organized individual.
3.Good oral and written communication skills.
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
5.Ability to identify Social Media Trends and knowledge in using Basic Photo & Video editing software (Canva, Capcut etc).
6.Experience in managing Content Management System (Wordpress)
7.Ability to work under pressure.
8.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
9.Good negotiation and sales skills.
