Responsible in incident management, documentation and other support related tasks to ensure the efficient delivery of our managed services.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with support teams to gather necessary information for troubleshooting and resolution.
- Maintain accurate incident records and documentation, ensuring timely updates and proper closure.
- Liaise between users, support teams and technical experts to provide status updates on incidents and service requests.
- Facilitate effective communication by relaying information and ensuring timely responses.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members as needed.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization within the support function.
- To treat customers’ information and material as private & confidential and shall not at any time during or after the services, for any reason whatsoever disclose or permit to disclose to any person, or otherwise make use of or permit to be made use of any information and material relating to the customers’ technology, technical process, business affairs or finances.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
