**1. Pengurusan Dokumen dan Fail**
- Menyusun, mengarkibkan, dan menyelenggara dokumen serta fail-fail pejabat.
- Mengimbas, menyalin, dan mengedarkan dokumen kepada staf yang memerlukan.
- Menyediakan laporan harian, mingguan, atau bulanan, jika perlu.
**2. Pengurusan Komunikasi**
- Menjawab panggilan telefon, emel, dan mesej pejabat, serta memberikan maklumat asas kepada pelanggan atau staf.
- Menguruskan surat-menyurat masuk dan keluar.
**3. Membantu dalam Aktiviti Pentadbiran**
- Menguruskan inventori bekalan pejabat dan membuat pesanan untuk keperluan pejabat.
- Membantu dalam kerja-kerja akaun asas seperti merekod dan menyusun resit.
**4. Pengurusan Data dan Rekod**
- Mengemaskini data pelanggan dalam sistem pengurusan.
- Memastikan segala maklumat adalah tepat dan disimpan dengan baik.
**5. Menyediakan Laporan dan Dokumentasi Ringkas**
- Membantu dalam penyediaan dan penyusunan laporan, dokumen, atau surat rasmi yang diperlukan oleh pihak pengurusan.
**6. Tugas-tugas Lain yang Diberikan oleh Pengurus**
- Melaksanakan apa-apa tugas tambahan yang diberikan oleh pengurus atau penyelia.
Skop kerja ini boleh berubah berdasarkan keperluan organisasi. Pembantu admin perlu mempunyai kemahiran organisasi, komunikasi, dan pengetahuan asas dalam penggunaan perisian pejabat seperti Microsoft Office.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months
Pay: RM500.00 per month
