Driven by our "Clear Vision, Credible Value," philosophy, we prioritize customer well-being, offering comprehensive eye screenings, expert advice, and innovative solutions to meet all your optical needs at the best price. **Strategic Planning & Execution** - Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets for 300 branches. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion. - Market Analysis & Research - Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. - Analyze data to identify opportunities for business improvement and expansion. - Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and high-profile clients. - Represent Optisaver in industry events, conferences, and meetings. - Sales & Revenue Growth - Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic initiatives and effective sales strategies. - Oversee the development and execution of sales campaigns and promotions. - IPO Preparation & Execution - Collaborate with financial and legal teams to prepare for Optisaver’s IPO. - Develop and implement strategies to ensure a successful IPO, including investor relations and market positioning. - Branch Expansion & Operations - Oversee the growth and development of new branches, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards. - Support branch managers in achieving local business development targets and operational excellence. - Team Leadership & Development - Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. - Reporting & Analytics - Monitor and report on business development performance, including key metrics and KPIs. - Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team. - Requirements - Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record in a similar role. - Experience in managing large-scale operations and leading business expansion efforts. - Skills & Competencies - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients. - Experience in preparing for and executing an IPO is highly desirable. - Attributes - Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving business goals. - Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and business acumen. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Technical Proficiency - Proficiency in business development software and CRM tools. - Familiarity with financial and market analysis tools.
