**Main Accountabilities**:
1. In depth understanding of functional knowledge by integrating information from diverse sources.

2. Immediate response to the operational problems and emergency conditions to minimize impact on safety and production.

3. Ensuring handling and storing of chemicals and products accordance to safe handling guidance and warehousing regulation.

4. Develop corrective actions to improve effectiveness and efficiency i.e. improves communication on product movement to avoid delay and jeopardize quality.

5. Encourage participation own team members to daily activities and provide relevant information to improve understanding on common issue.

6. Continuously enhancing and mastering technical know-how to become the group technical expert by frequently read and review safety and operating guidelines i.e. safety manual, operating manual, process manual and operating procedures.

7. Proactively contributes to team challenges for continuous improvement and consistently achieves stretched targets set by superior

8. Work under tight time frame / pressure during start up, shutdown and emergency; with ability to make critical decision

9. Communicate professionally with other department for operational and technical support.

**Expected Deliverable**:
1. Safety performance for the plant at word standard on RCR with leading indication KPI meet target.

2. Process Safety performance for the plant better than the group with leading indication KPI meet target

3. Quality performance meeting KPI target with continuous improvement.

4. Product deliver as promised to meet demand.

5. Cost of conversion shall be maintained on competitive level.

6. Continuous improvement on effectiveness and efficiency in daily operation.

**Other Responsibilities**:
1. Leverages on current mechanism and procedures to implement SHEMS requirement efficiently in your respective functions

2. Lead by example and motivate team members, peers and contractors to demonstrate SHE best practices i.e. pre-work discussion on work hazard and safety requirement

3. Identify unsafe act, unsafe condition and process safety gap then recommend the suitable method/action to implement as correction.

4. Demonstrating a professional behavior when dealing with third party.

**Requirements**:

- DIPLOMA/TECHNICAL CERTIFICATE WITH 6 YEAR EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge in operating SAP and MS Office tools
- Strong customer orientation
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision, and able to lead and motivate team members
- Warehousing, storage and stock management
- FLT operating and handling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
