Job Summary: ICT Teacher to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in Technology and Computing while supporting curriculum development.

Purpose: As a ICT Teacher at AISM, you will play a vital role in upholding the school’s high standards of educational excellence. Your role involves delivering engaging, ICT-rich learning experiences and supporting the development of a safe and effective educational environment for Middle and Senior School students.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide high-quality, student-centred lessons, incorporating relevant technologies to engage and support diverse learning needs.
Develop and implement teaching programs that align with AISM's curriculum standards.
Maintain a secure and positive classroom environment.
Assess student progress and provide feedback in accordance with school expectations.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the curriculum and participate in co-curricular activities.
Foster productive relationships with parents and colleagues to enhance student learning.
Engage in professional growth opportunities and demonstrate the qualities of an ‘Inspired and Passionate AISM Teacher.’
Perform additional duties as directed by the Principal or Head of School.

Manage and organise resources to meet departmental and organisational objectives.
Engage in marketing activities and contribute to school events and co-curricular programs outside of regular school hours.

Knowledge & Skills:
Skilled in creating differentiated and engaging learning experiences.
Familiarity with Visible Learning and/or a Culture of Thinking principles is a plus.
High standard of English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in leading or coaching sports or other co-curricular activities is valued.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field with a Diploma of Education.
Current Teacher Registration and relevant police checks.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
