Job description

A. Program Leader/Coordinator (Programs: Hotel Management, Culinary Art and Management, Accounting, e-Governance, Law Enforcement, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Market, Graphic Design, Business Management, Business Administration, MBA and PhD)

B. Full-time and/or Part-time Lecturer (Business, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Quantitative Studies, Marketing, Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Governance, e-Governance, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Web Programming, Digital Data Analytic, Cloud Computing, etc.)

1. Preparation and delivery of lectures, tutorials and seminars.

**Prepare lecturer materials**

Upload and update content into Online Learning Management System

2. Setting question papers and marking assessment.

**Develop and assign quizzes, assignments, tutorial, projects, tests, oral presentation, etc.**

**3. Attend schools, faculties and/or management meetings.**

**4. Advise and support junior academic staffs.**

**5. Conduct research including undertaking research activities, projects, etc., for publication, conference, symposium, etc.**

**6. Maintaining student attendance, identify the absentees and report to the Head of Academic.** Monitor attendance and progress of students

7. Identifying slow learners and provide remedial coaching. **Provide academic, pastoral advice and mentorship to students**. Be available for academic counselling. **Any other responsibilities entrusted by the management.** Provide extra help and guidance to weak students. **Provide high degree of commitment towards student engagement, individual development and graduate success.**

**8. Contribute for curriculum development, review and revision.** Provide academic leadership in the design and delivery of high-quality teaching programs. **To responsible to the development, planning and implementation of a high-quality curriculum.** Participate in on-going curriculum, syllabus and course structure reviews. **To assist in documentation preparation for filing with MQA.**

**9. Contribute for content development for Learning Management System (LMS) and familiar with Open Distance Learning (ODL).**

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Education/Academic Qualification**:
Minimum undergraduate degree preferably postgraduate (Master and/or Doctorate) degree qualifications or any other qualifications as required by MQA.

**3 to 5 years of working experience in similar roles.**

Excellent communication, persuasive and persistent skills.

**Goal-oriented with strong leadership skills.**

Proactive, ambitious and energetic.

Language Skills**:Good command, spoken and written, of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.**

**IT Skills**: Google Software Application

**MS Office Application** Knowledge in any other IT software relevant and related to Teaching and Learning **, Data Analytical Skill**
