**Position**: eCommerce Administrator

**1. Qualifications**

**Educational Background**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields (preferred but not always required).
- Certification in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) is advantageous.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce).
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.

**2. Required Skills**

**Technical Proficiency**:

- **Platform Expertise**: Knowledge of eCommerce platforms to manage and optimize online stores.
- **Analytics Tools**: Ability to use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and improve performance.
- **SEO Knowledge**: Understanding of basic SEO principles for product listings and content.

**Customer Service Skills**:

- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.

**Marketing Knowledge**:

- Understanding of user experience (UX) design to improve site usability.

**Inventory and Operations Management**:

- Skills in tracking inventory, managing stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Basic knowledge of order processing and logistics.

**Teamwork and Communication**:

- Collaboration with marketing, design, and technical teams.
- Clear communication with customers and stakeholders.

**3. Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**:

- Add, update, and maintain product listings, descriptions, and images.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- **Website Maintenance**:

- Update website content, banners, and promotions in line with marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, functional, and optimized for performance.
- **Customer Service**:

- Process refunds, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- **Order Processing**:

- Oversee order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist with executing digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and discounts.
- Optimize product pages for search engine visibility (SEO).
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance using analytics tools.
- Generate and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
- Monitor for fraudulent transactions and ensure secure payment processing.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
