**Job Title: General Manager - Infrastructure & Highway Division**

**Location**: Sungai Buloh

As the General Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale civil and infrastructure construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, quality assurance, and effective team and stakeholder coordination. This strategic leadership role demands a proactive individual with extensive industry experience, capable of optimizing project performance, maintaining client relationships, and driving the company’s growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project & Site Management**: Lead and monitor project execution across multiple sites, ensuring timely, within-budget, and quality-compliant completion.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Act as the main point of contact for client engagements, claims, disputes, and feedback resolution.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead multidisciplinary teams including project managers, engineers, contract administrators, and planners.
- **Problem Solving & Efficiency Optimization**: Implement cost-saving and innovative strategies to improve delivery.
- **Subcontractor & Vendor Management**: Review subcontractor performance and payment recommendations.
- **Tender & Contract Participation**: Provide input during tender site visits and costing review processes.
- **Variation Order Management**: Review, optimize, and manage pricing and submission timelines for variation orders.
- **Technical Support**: Support contracts team in subcontractor evaluation and awards.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001/14001 standards, safety, and company ethics.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 20 years in project management, especially in infrastructure and civil works.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and HSE regulations.

**Remuneration Package**:
**Salary**: RM25,000 and above (Budget, expenses and payment limits are based on the Company Discretionary Authority Limit (DAL).)

Working Hours: Working hours - 6 days / 5.5 but normally they expect GM to work over that time.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
