International Sales Manager

The company's 100% target market is Gulf & Arab Market and the duties of the International Sales Manager can be listed as follows:
1. Developing the sales & marketing strategies for the company in line with the company's objectives for the Gulf & Arab market as well as researching and analyzing market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
2. Work closely and effectively with company officers and the marketing team to provide effective sales strategies and tools for Gulf & Arab Market.
3. Monitor and recommend improvements to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives.
4. Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities in Gulf and Arabic markets.
5. Communicating and maintaining trust relationships with business partners from Gulf and Arabic markets.
6. Delegating responsibilities and supervising the work of executives in the sales department and providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
7. Assisting the marketing department with the creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing upcoming plans for the Gulf & Arab markets.
8. Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate the Gulf & Arab markets.
9. Assisting the marketing department in planning and implementing promotional campaigns to attract more customers from the Gulf and Arab countries. Promotional campaigns should be prepared in the proficient Arabic language.
10. Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
11. Managing all activities in the organization within the sales department focusing on Gulf & Arab market.
13. Maintains contact with all customers in the international market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
14. Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Proficiency in Arabic language both written and spoken is a must.
15. Assisting with the development of sales presentations and proposals regarding the Gulf and Arabic market.
16. Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
17. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
18. Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
