**Key Responsibility**:

- Assist in sourcing, quotation requests, and supplier coordination.
- Support in processing sales orders, updating shipping trackers, and managing planning schedules.
- Follow up with deliveries.
- Collect and analyze data trends to support decision-making and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing and sales documentation, records, and filing.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisors.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
