**Responsibilities**:

- **Responsible for clients' sales order, inquiries and customer care related job.**:

- **Liaise and coordinate with clients** on any enquiry, quotation, order processing, resolving complaints, etc.
- **Responsible for clients' documents collection** including checking and verification.
- **Respond promptly to clients** on a timely basis, address any issues escalated from clients, and establish a good relationship with clients.
- **Work with internal team** to ensure the smooth of operation flow.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Fresh graduates are welcome to join**:

- Fluent in verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
- Able to multitask, prioritize and self-manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, critical thinker, and have good problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
