**Role Description**

This is an internship position that will provide valuable learning opportunities in the property management industry. The Student Intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks including assisting with administrative duties, supporting property managers with tenant requests, communicating with clients, researching market trends, and assisting with marketing initiatives. This is a hybrid role that will require both in-office and remote work.

**Qualifications**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Experience with property management or real estate is a plus

**Job Types**: Freelance, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
