Do you love working with people, sharing meaningful stories, and creating beautiful experiences in-store? At Batik Boutique, we believe fashion can be a force for good. We're looking for a dedicated Retail Associate to join our boutique team and help us empower communities through ethical fashion.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Collect all customer payments related to the boutique and reconcile daily with management
- Oversee Retail operations including cashier, customer service, inventory, and security on a daily basis
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure the interior and exterior of the store is kept to the company's standards, including ironing products, dusting shelves, rotating products, and following daily cleaning guidelines
- Ensure barcodes are printed and on the new or replenished products
- Track all goods movement or sales and replenish inventory on a weekly basis
- Conduct monthly stock take
- Ensure prompt ordering and receiving of products into the system (within 24 hours of receiving goods)
- Submit a weekly customer feedback report to management
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to management
- Run the store to achieve the sales target set by the company
- Promote the story and products of Batik Boutique with enthusiasm and professionalism to customers
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Hardworking and passionate in Retail
- Positive attitude towards work, ability to adapt to new changes and willing to learn
- Pleasant, well-groomed, confident and service-oriented
- Good writing and public speaking skills in English
- Able to multitask, organise and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Work 5 days per week on (up to 45 hours weekly)
