**Job Scope**:
- Office reception duties
- Responsible for mailing and courier services
- Responsible for answering calls, recording and conveying of important messages to relevant parties
- Manage, clean and organise the front desk and meeting rooms
- Manage ordering & keeping track of all office and general supplies
- Manage all office equipment and usability such as water dispenser/printer etc.
- Responsible for the maintenance and proper sanitisation of the pantry
- Provide support in all ad-hoc and administrative duties when assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in related fields
- Front line customer experience
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task, strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate well in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Computer literate, proficiency in microsoft office suite will be advantageous
This position is hired by POWERCHINA Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as “HDEC”), a Chinese state-owned key enterprise founded in 1954. Headquartered in Hangzhou.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
