Admin Assistant

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for managing the attendance and annual leave records of project staff.
- Responsible for sending and receiving mail, express delivery, and managing storage rooms.
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, preparing administration documents for admin cost.
- Filing of documentation, records, notes and all correspondence.
- Responsible for handling all general office admin & clerical support, data entry, and document scanning.
- Handle administrative reimbursement transactions.
- Any other ad-hoc projects and task pas per management requirement.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum with 1 year of relevant working experience at the assistant level.
- Great knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Good in interpersonal skills, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with all team.
- Good working attitude.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Kembangan.
- Possess own transport to travel to work place.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Bahasa (preferred)
