**Tanggungjawab**: - Menyediakan atau menghidangkan minuman panas dan sejuk mengikut pesanan pelanggan. - Menghidangkan makanan yang telah disediakan seperti pastri, sandwic, ais krim, pencuci mulut dan lain-lain. - Mengendalikan laci duit atau mesin juruwang serta mengeluarkan resit kepada pelanggan. - Mengurus pelbagai platform pembayaran serta memproses pemulangan atau bayaran balik jika perlu. - Membantu dalam pengurusan stok dan penyusunan produk. - Memastikan kaunter sentiasa bersih serta melakukan cucian pinggan dan peralatan. - Melayani pelanggan dengan mesra, pantas dan cekap. - Memastikan pengetahuan yang baik tentang menu makanan & minuman (F&B) termasuk produk, promosi dan harga. - Memastikan menu sedia untuk dihidangkan dan berkualiti tinggi. - Mengikuti prosedur pelaporan yang betul jika menghadapi masalah atau aduan pelanggan. - Memastikan pesanan F&B disediakan dengan standard yang baik dan dihantar tepat pada masanya. - Mengamalkan standard kekemasan termasuk pemakaian seragam, kebersihan dan penjagaan diri. - Mematuhi peraturan Kesihatan, Keselamatan dan Alam Sekitar (HSE) syarikat. - Membantu pasukan dalam persediaan, pembongkaran atau pergerakan masuk-keluar untuk acara. - Jawatan ini menghendaki anda untuk berkerja mengikut keperluaan "Event PETRONAS" **Keperluan**: - Minimum pendidikan: SPM - 1-2 tahun pengalaman berkaitan dalam penyediaan makanan & minuman serta perkhidmatan pelanggan. - Pengetahuan tentang Peraturan Kebersihan Makanan dan Lesen GDL adalah kelebihan. - Berkeupayaan untuk berinteraksi dan berhubung dengan pelanggan. - Mampu menjaga kebersihan dan susun atur tempat kerja. - Mempunyai kemahiran menjual makanan, minuman dan produk lain. - Dapat menyediakan produk F&B yang berkualiti tinggi. - Fleksibel dan mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan pelbagai situasi kerja. - Boleh bekerja sendiri atau dalam pasukan. - Bersedia bekerja mengikut syif, hujung minggu dan cuti umum.
