**Role Overview**

This role requires a proactive, service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate both clinical and commercial discussions. You will also organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities, maintain an up-to-date customer database, and gather market intelligence to support business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve the assigned territory’s sales targets in line with company goals.
- Maintain, cultivate, and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Organize and conduct Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities to promote the assigned product.
- Maintain an up-to-date and segmented list of physicians, hospitals, and paramedical contacts.
- Provide regular reports on market intelligence and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any Science discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in the Private Hospital segment.
- Service-oriented, flexible, and proactive in meeting client needs.
- Highly driven to achieve challenging targets and identify business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

**Salary Range**: Up to RM5,000

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
