IT Officer

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues reported by end-users.
- Document and track technical problems, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in the helpdesk system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company systems, products, and IT services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex IT-related problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, software, and systems.
- Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices through ongoing learning.

**Job Requirement**:

- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with internship experience in IT are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and customer service mindset.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
