**Job description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Performing training process from training need analysis, training arrangement towards the training evaluation.
- Maintaining records and analyze the skill competency matrix.
- Performing foreign workers management for Visa, Permit, Passport and FOMEMA.
- All ISO certification audit, Standard Operating Procedure and Policy under HR Department.
- Staff induction program, conduct employee orientation for all new comers (local staff and foreign). Briefing on HR policy procedure.
- In charge for all Company forms, Company corporate info forms, ISO Certificate and Customer Certificate.
- Generate and maintain payroll records for both local staff and foreign workers, including details on salaries, bonuses, deductions and tax withholdings.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF for both local staff and foreign workers.
- Key in, update and monitor annual leave balance, medical leave and unpaid leave all staff and foreign workers.
- Checking daily attendance using attendance system for all employees.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree & Diploma in Human Resources or any related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in Human Resource Generalist (Manufacturing).
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, IFLEXI System and Ingress System is an added advantages.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HR and Administration: 5 years (preferred)
- Payroll: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
